Compliance 360's management team possesses a strong combination of business process, technology and general management expertise. Key individuals include:
Steve McGraw - President and Chief Executive Officer
Steve McGraw has over twenty years experience in the technology industry and
is the CEO and President of Compliance 360. Prior to joining Compliance 360,
Steve was employed as a partner at Catalysta Partners, LLC. Catalysta Partners
assists high growth companies with launching new products, marketing programs,
sales strategy and sales execution. Before joining Catalysta Partners, he
worked at 2order.com from July 1997 to October 2000 where he ran direct sales,
global sales channels, business alliances and professional services.
Prior to 2order.com, Steve was the vice president of sales at Onewave,
Inc., a publicly traded Internet software company based in Boston. He began
his career as a development engineer for Management Science America. After
MSA, he worked in direct sales for Data General for 5 years. After DG,
he was with DataLogix, Inc., a supplier of ERP software to the process industries.
He held positions in direct sales and sales management during his 6 years at
DataLogix., starting prior to their IPO and through their eventual sale to
Oracle.
Steve McGraw has a B.B.A in Finance with a Concentration in MIS from the
University of Georgia.
Scott Buckley - Chief Technology Officer
Scott Buckley brings over twelve years of experience as a computer programmer
to Compliance 360. Prior to his current position, he was the key developer
of applications for Emerging Solutions, Inc., a provider of software solutions
to the construction industry.
Prior to Emerging Solutions, Scott played
a key role in support for all hospital clinical and financial information
systems while at Egleston Children's Health Care System. Also at Egleston,
he implemented
a large-scale interface engine project that integrated a myriad of hospital
information systems. Scott attended Carnegie Mellon University and Georgia
Institute of Technology where he studied Computer Science. He is also a Microsoft
Certified
Product Specialist.
Thomas Lee - Vice President of Application Development
Thomas Lee is an accomplished developer with over ten years of experience
developing enterprise applications leveraging Microsoft Technologies. Prior
to his current position, Thomas served as a Software Architect for Clarus Corporation,
a leading provider of web based electronic procurement.
With a background in
computer networking and software architecture, Thomas provides Compliance
360 with both the strategic and tactical guidance necessary for this organization
to become the leader in enterprise compliance management software.
Debbie Luyk - Director of Product Management
Debbie Luyk is responsible for managing the product life cycle as well as
the application support functions within Compliance 360. She brings over seventeen
years of experience in the areas of quality improvement, business process analysis,
and information technology. Her primary focus has been on reengineering key
business processes and the utilization of technology to optimize operations.
In her most recent role before joining Compliance 360, Debbie was employed
as an IT project manager by Children's Healthcare of Atlanta where she was
responsible for the implementation of several key business applications. Prior
to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, she was a project engineer for the Directorate
of Logistics at Fort Benning, Georgia. In this role, she was responsible for
the development and implementation of an automated system to schedule training
classes and manage resources. Debbie holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering
from Auburn University.
Natalie Cheney – Vice President of Professional Services
Natalie Cheney brings extensive leadership and professional services experience
to Compliance 360’s management team. As a seasoned services veteran,
Natalie specializes in leading change and installing operational excellence
in high-growth companies. Her primary focus is to manage and enhance the
professional services organization, including the company's consulting
practice, implementation team, and training services.
Prior to joining Compliance 360, Natalie was Vice President of Professional
Services at Constructware (recently acquired by Autodesk, Inc.) where she developed
strong implementation methodology, enhanced programs and services, and assisted
in corporate strategy and growth. Before her tenure at Constructware, Natalie
held a senior position in Deloitte & Touche, where she provided project
management oversight and cost analysis for client engagements
Natalie has a B.S. degree in Science from Lehigh University and a MBA from
Georgia State University.
Gary Christian – Chief Operating Officer
Gary Christian brings over eighteen years of financial and operational experience,
including strong leadership skills, corporate knowledge, and organizational
proficiency to the executive team. Gary is responsible for managing the company’s
operations including finances, information technology, human resources, legal
and business planning.
Prior to joining Compliance 360, Gary was Chief Financial Officer at Constructware,
where he demonstrated his abilities by growing the small software start up
company into a market leader, culminating in a successful acquisition by Autodesk,
Inc. He also served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Compliance
360 from 2002 through 2006.
Before his tenure at Constructware, he was the Vice President of Finance for
Magellan Specialty Health, Inc. Gary has a B.S. degree in Accounting from Bob
Jones University and began his career working for Arthur Andersen for several
years.
Sally Lott, CPA. - Controller
Sally Lott provides leadership and coordination of the company’s financial
planning and budget management functions. With over thirteen years of finance
and accounting experience, Sally Lott brings expertise in budgeting, financial
analysis, cash management, audit, and reporting. Her daily responsibilities
include managing the finance department’s operations as well as strategic
forecasting.
Prior to joining Compliance 360, Sally was the Controller at Constructware,
where she supervised the company's finance and accounting functions and assisted
in the due diligence resulting in a successful acquisition by Autodesk, Inc.
Sally Lott is a CPA and holds a Bachelors Business Administration in Accounting
from University of Georgia.
Craig Peeples - Vice President of Business Development
Craig Peeples has more than twenty years of experience serving in a diverse
set of software and services leadership roles. Prior to Deloitte,
he was the Regional Vice President of Sales for dentalxchange.com, a successful
Internet based dental company.
Craig began his career as an auditor for Arthur Andersen in Atlanta
before moving to healthcare consulting at KPMG Peat Marwick. He spent several
years
in sales
positions with the former CIS Technologies (now, NDC Health) as well as the
former HBOC (now McKesson). He has a B.S. in Accounting from the University
of Alabama and formerly practiced as a CPA with Arthur Andersen.
Kevin Baesler - Vice President of Sales
Kevin Baesler has over twenty years of experience in sales and marketing with
a highly successful track record in enterprise software applications and the
financial services industry. His experience in financial services
helps him clearly understand customer needs and the unique challenges they
face.
Before joining Compliance 360, Kevin was responsible for channel sales
and business development at S1 Corporation where he developed and managed relationships
with banks, credit unions and some of the world’s largest financial service
providers, including Fidelity National Information Systems, Fiserv, Inc, and
Open Solutions, Inc. Prior software industry experience includes Management
Science America (later Dun & Bradstreet Software), Datalogix (later Oracle
Corporation), and Premier Systems Integrators (later Dimension Data). He
began his software industry career following service as an officer in the United
States Marine Corps.
Kathryn Towns - Director of Marketing
Kathryn Towns is responsible for all marketing strategies, initiatives and
projects within Compliance 360. With over a decade of marketing communications
experience,
Kathryn Towns brings expertise in branding and positioning as well as the creation
of effective and compelling marketing communications messages and media for
B2B technology companies.
Prior to Compliance 360, Kathryn was the marketing communications manager
for Method IQ, a technology and services company where she planned and directed
marketing strategies and programs designed to drive short and long term sales
objectives.
Before her tenure at Method IQ, she served in various sales and marketing
roles for Services Resources and FacilityPro where her daily contact with customers
gave her a unique perspective on the needs of clients and how marketing integrates
with sales and customer service to support company objectives. Kathryn received
her Bachelor’s Degree in Art from Georgia State University. |
