Best Practices Sessions
These Best Practices Sessions are presented by Compliance 360’s Professional Services Team in conjunction with our customers. These sessions will be based on best practices and implementation experiences our customers have had in their rollout of Compliance 360. They will be industry-specific with the presenting customer as the expert. We still have a couple of sessions available, if you would like to participate, please contact us today!

An Enterprise View of Risk Management – 1hr
One of our healthcare customers will share their experience since they have implemented almost every single module in the application in over ten different departments and with twenty-plus different business objectives. They have just completed a ten month long implementation and will present lessons learned and benefits achieved thus far. Learn how executive buy-in, project planning, and commitment lead to their success. Hear from their VP of Risk to get her view on how you can manage risks better whether it is from a Policy, SOX or compliance perspective.

Roll out Compliance 360 on a National Level – 1 hr
Another valued client will present their best practices on how they implemented the Compliance 360 application on a national scale. In the first year of implementation, the client has built a repository of over 10,000 content items, effectively building their compliance library. They have trained all of their different entities located across the country on how to assess these compliance requirements, create tasks and projects to achieve compliance, track their completion, load and link evidentiary documentation to the evidence room, and track incidents arising from non compliance of these requirements. See how they approached this massive rollout, what they would have done differently, and what they are planning to accomplish in year two of their implementation. Realized benefits will be addressed as well.

Issue Management and Remediation – 1hr
A Compliance 360 user who has has implemented their “Management Action Plan” process in the Incidents modules of Compliance 360 will share their story with us. They will share some implementation techniques, lessons learned, and how their management team and analyst use the system at an enterprise level to remediate issues from a financial organization’s perspective.

Centralize Compliance at the Corporate Level for Success – 1 hr
Palomar Pomerado, a leading health care system in San Diego will discuss how executive buy-in from the General Counsel and Compliance Officer can make all the difference in a Compliance program at a major hospital. From a legal perspective, they have centralized and automated their approval process utilizing the contracts module; they have also automated their business associate agreement process. Palomar has used the Contracts module to ensure evergreen clauses do not automatically renew contracts and centralized their once de-centralized contract execution process into a more efficient manner. From a compliance perspective, they have implemented the Compliance module to assure they are in compliance with quarterly audits and laws including: Stark, EMTALA, HIPAA, etc. They use Assessments and Surveys to demonstrate these compliance efforts in the Evidence Room.

Roll out Compliance 360 in a Major Hospital System – 1 hr
Compliance 360 client, who is also a leader in their approach to risk management, will share their perspective having implemented a two year risk management program to their hospital system and how they are using Compliance 360 to optimize this effort. Learn how they implemented most of the modules in Compliance 360 in a short 6 month time frame including: Policies, Contracts, Incidents, Projects, Content, Surveys, and ERM. Lessons Learned will also be discussed.

Design Session
These sessions are specifically designed to provide feedback to our Product Management team for features that do not exist today. This information will be used as we look at requirements for building new functionality in 2009. If you have a strong opinion on how certain aspects of the application should be designed, these sessions are for you. In the first half of the session, Product Management will present the initial requirements on the design and the second half will be an open session to provide feedback.

User Interface Interactive Session
Our User Interface (UI) will be changing in 2009. The team has made a decision to minimize UI changes in 2008 due to the increased challenges with managing the customer through this significant change. We will be hosting a UI session so you can take a further look into new concepts added to last year’s initiative of improving the user experience by changing the UI.

Reporting
Currently report templates are made available to our customers. The users must choose a template and select filtering criteria in order to retrieve the data from the system. There have been internal conversations on how to provide more robust reporting capabilities have resulted in two proposed solutions: 1) Provide customers with a UI to build custom reports within the Compliance 360 application or 2) Provide web services applications so that you may export Compliance 360 data into your organization’s custom reporting tool (e.g. Crystal, Cognos, etc.)

Audit Tool
A new module called Audit will be added to the application. This module will provide capability for managing audit functions within an organization and relating those initiatives to the compliance and risk management strategy.

User Group Roundtable
Come to this general session to provide your input to the 2009 Roadmap. What is important to you? Have an idea that you would like to see added to this list of possible features? This is your opportunity to be heard. Customer Conference attendees will be organized into smaller break-out groups to discuss features and functions you would like to see in the product. Voting will take place at the end of the session which will provide a subset of requirements for the 2009 roadmap.

Jeopardy Game & Closing Comments
Learn Tips and Tricks. Back from last year, but the questions are more difficult this year. Only the truly skilled will survive this round of “who knows the product best.” Questions varying in difficulty and breadth of product will be asked for all to answer.
