Atlanta, GA. – December 1, 2009 – Compliance 360, a leading provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for enterprise governance, risk management and compliance (eGRC) announced today that the Compliance 360 Claims Auditor has achieved the designation of ‘RACTrac Compatible’ from the American Hospital Association (AHA). During the past 12 months, the Compliance 360 Claims Auditor has been licensed for use in over 500 healthcare facilities including more than 250 hospitals nationwide.

The Compliance 360 Claims Auditor helps healthcare providers take control of medical claims audits and appeals, and protect their legitimate revenues from recoupment. With a sophisticated workflow engine, healthcare providers can manage the complexity of multiple, simultaneous Recovery Audit Contractor (RAC) Audits to ensure that due dates are not missed. Serving as the “Virtual RAC Coordinator”, the Claims Auditor automatically manages each step in the RAC process, allowing key personnel to concentrate on high-risk areas and monitor the overall RAC response program. This information will also be used to educate healthcare providers, the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and Congress on the true impact of RAC audits on the healthcare industry and changes needed to the RAC program. The ‘RACTrac Compatible’ designation certifies that hospitals using the Compliance 360 Claims Auditor can automate the process of providing their quarterly data extracts to AHA.
