Compliance 360 Hires New Chief Operating Officer
Atlanta, GA—October 24, 2006 — Compliance 360 announced
today that Gary Christian has joined the company as Chief Operating
Officer. Mr. Christian, who has been Chairman of Compliance 360’s
Board of Directors for the last four years, will now be responsible
for managing finances, information technology, human resources, legal
and business planning.
Prior to joining Compliance 360, Mr. Christian was Chief Financial
Officer at Constructware, where he demonstrated his strong leadership
skills culminating in a very successful acquisition by Autodesk,
Inc. Along with Gary’s extensive credentials, he brings a great
deal of experience with Compliance 360’s on-demand business
model.
